There are both free and paid services, each with varying options. Dropbox uses the Freemium financial model and its free service provides 2 GB of free online storage.



Online folder view
Download  Dropbox and Install it on the computer you want to sync files. After completing installation you found new folder called Dropbox and simply drag and drop the files and folders Dropbox directory you want to sync between computers. By default Dropbox creates three folder named Personal, Public, Photos. You need to sign in with same account with across computer, mobile, iPad, Laptop for auto sharing, synching and update. Also you can create shared folder and invite other users to collaborate with you on its contents.

Dropbox is perfect for office use where employees need to updated documents, stats, index. Sharing with family, friends, relatives gives terrific experience.
